I wish to confirm that I got a followup on @accesskenyacom service this morning with several phone calls and email correcting first the disconnection and secondly the payment anomaly. I believe the clarification now sort will be beneficial to the existing customers especially the small consistent ones. I have promised to look into their service [...]
